Designed with purpose. Built to perform.

The Freedom Fighter Paddle was created as part of a broader effort to grow pickleball in Ukraine through meaningful, measurable action.

These paddles are designed to be played — supporting players, communities, and programs rebuilding through sport.

Борітеся — поборете!

Fight, and You Shall Overcome!

The Freedom Fighter Paddle — Ukrainian Edition stands as a living tribute to resilience, homecoming, and freedom reborn.

Developed through the historic alliance between Anywhere Pickleball and the All-Ukrainian Pickleball Federation (UPF), this paddle is more than an instrument of sport — it is a message of unity, crafted for those who believe play can be a form of healing and hope.

Design Philosophy

The Ukrainian Edition carries one of the most powerful lines in Ukrainian history:

“Борітеся — поборете!”
“Fight — and you shall overcome.”
— Taras Shevchenko, “The Caucasus,” 1845

This call to courage, written by Ukraine’s national poet, has echoed through centuries of struggle and rebirth. Etched in gold script across the paddle’s face, it serves as both a prayer and a promise — that through unity and motion, victory endures.

Blue and Yellow color palette represents the sky and wheat fields — eternal symbols of peace and perseverance.

At its heart is the White Stork (Leleka), a national emblem of hope and return. Each spring, storks return to Ukraine to rebuild their nests, symbolizing endurance through all seasons.

Above it, the Tryzub — Ukraine’s golden trident — rises as the beacon of sovereignty and national pride.

Together, these symbols unite with Shevchenko’s immortal verse to form a design that speaks of hard-earned, never-surrendered freedomThis Ukrainian Edition carries a nation’s spirit — born of courage, carried by care. It embodies the rebirth of play amid adversity.

Freedom Lies in Being Bold

The Freedom Fighter Paddle — U.S. Edition is a symbol of courage, unity, and purpose — built to honor America’s enduring belief that freedom must always be active, never assumed.

Design Philosophy

The U.S. Edition draws its foundational inspiration from Robert Frost’s famous observation that “freedom lies in being bold.” To create a modern battle cry for the court, we distilled this classic poetry into our proprietary brand mantra: Freedom Lies Being Bold. By stripping away the connecting words, we turned a quiet truth into a direct, active command for our players and our community.

Printed in Veteran Typewriter — a heritage font that recalls the letters and field notes of those who served — this design celebrates the American spirit of bravery and action.

The paddle’s colorway, Old Glory Red and Blue, mirrors the U.S. flag itself:

  • Red edge guard — symbol of courage and sacrifice.
  • Blue ergonomic grip — symbol of loyalty and resolve.
  • Matte black carbon body — discipline, focus, and purpose.

At the crown of the paddle, a bald eagle in flight rises above the quote, representing strength, vigilance, and the courage to move forward — no matter the odds.

This is the paddle of those who play for something greater than victory — they play for freedom itself.
